This is a suit for workmen's compensation for benefits for two alleged minor grandchildren of a deceased employee. Suit was instituted by the natural tutrix of said minors. The lower court gave judgment for petitioner, and the defendant has appealed.

It is admitted that Ezra Johnson was accidentally killed on April 3, 1951, in the course and scope of his employment with Calcasieu Paper Company, Inc., and that his employment was a hazardous...
