Plaintiff, Clarence Elmer Reece, instituted his action in the Circuit Court of McDowell County against defendants, Dorothy Lee Hall, Arthur H. Cook and Ethel Gillespie, for recovery of damages alleged to have resulted from negligence of defendants in the operation of automobiles.
