PER CURIAM.

This case was instituted by Elizabeth Cooper against the Mayo Hotel Company, a corporation, operating a hotel in Tulsa, to recover damages on account of false imprisonment. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $5,000, the amount sued for. Upon consideration of the defendant's motion for a new trial, the court ordered that unless plaintiff remit all over $4,000 the motion for a new trial...
