This is an appeal from an order of the District Court overruling a plea of privilege of H. S. Lebman and Minnie Lebman to have this cause of action transferred to Maverick County, Texas.

The cause of action was instituted by the State of Texas acting in behalf of the Veterans' Land Board against appellants herein, C. V. Wynn and wife Eloise Wynn, together with 22 other defendants. None of the defendants are alleged to reside in Travis...
