The correct determination of whether or not this court should assume jurisdiction and issue the writ herein sought, requires a determination of the constitutionality of a certain portion of the legislation originally enacted in 1936, and designated as the "Oklahoma Unemployment Compensation Law", and which, as later amended, has been given the official designation of "Oklahoma Employment Security Act"...
