This appeal is from a decree permanently enjoining appellant, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, Local No. 878, from picketing the retail establishment of intervener, Ralph Royse, and the places of business of all other persons similarly situated.
