In this action the plaintiff is seeking an injunction to restrain the defendant from acting as its pastor. The complaint alleged that on April 26, 1954, the members of The Hopewell Baptist Church of Hartford voted to organize as an ecclesiastical corporation under chapter 257 of the General Statutes.
