Eliza J.C. Little petitioned the Court of Quarter Sessions of Washington County, under the Act of June 13, 1836, P.L. 551, sec. 11, as amended, 36 PS § 2731, requesting that a board of viewers be appointed to determine the necessity for a private road from a portion of her land over the adjoining land of the McGranns to give her direct access to roads which they had laid out on their property running to Highway Route 19...
