The appellant, J.W. Jenkins, is the son of Lee Jenkins, deceased. The appellee, Mrs. Etta Jenkins, is the stepmother of the appellant and the executrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Lee Jenkins. The executrix, as such, sued the defendant J.W.
