Plaintiff sues to recover $51,446.06 which it claims is due it under a contract with defendant's War Department, under the terms of which plaintiff agreed to repair or recondition certain Government jeeps. The contract was terminated by the defendant prior to its completion, for the convenience of the Government. All of plaintiff's claims incident to the termination have been settled by agreement except plaintiff's claim for "unliquidated overhead...
