This appeal involves an auctioneer's liability arising from the sale of some stolen cattle.

The appellant, Eureka Springs Sales Company, is a domestic corporation and operates a sales barn in Eureka Springs. On August 28, 1954, a man, giving his name as Clyde Williams, transported six cows to the barn of appellant for sale at auction that day.
