This is an action for damages for the alleged breach of an oral contract, brought by Edward J. Hearn, as plaintiff, against V.C. May and Roy C. Mead, copartners, dba May & Mead Company, as defendants. Defendants' general demurrer to plaintiff's second amended complaint was sustained by the trial court and, plaintiff having failed to plead further, judgment was entered in favor of defendants...
