The Superior Court dismissed the plaintiff's appeal from a finding and award of the workmen's compensation commissioner in favor of the defendants, the plaintiff's former employer and its insurer. The plaintiff claimed that under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act the defendants should pay, or reimburse her for the payment of, bills of physicians and hospitals incurred by her for medical attention...
