Mrs. Gragson sued her husband for divorce and alimony. She pleaded the marriage, her proper marital conduct, and charged defendant with having offered such indignities as to render her condition in life intolerable. Defendant filed answer admitting the marriage and denying all other allegations. Plaintiff was granted a divorce, and alimony in gross in the amount of $7,500. Defendant appeals.
