The trustee in bankruptcy filed objections to the discharge of the bankrupt on the ground that subsequent to the first day of the twelve months immediately preceding the filing of the petition in bankruptcy herein, the bankrupt transferred property to his mother with intent to hinder, delay and defraud his creditors. Sec. 14, sub. c(4), Bankruptcy Act, § 32, sub. c(4), Title 11 U.S.C.A. The Referee found that at the time the bankrupt made the transfers...
