State of Wisconsin, 347 U.S. 672, 74 S.Ct. 794, 796, 98 L.Ed. 1035, holding that the Federal Power Commission had jurisdiction over independent producers which engage in "the sale in interstate commerce of natural gas for resale", and that such a company is a natural gas company as defined in the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S. C.A...
