Appellants are the widow and other dependents of a deceased workman, Jessie Durham. He was killed in an accident while working for Harold Willis at a sawmill in Neshoba County on December 16, 1953. Willis had been renting a portable sawmill from Odie Commer for several weeks prior to the accident.
