Action for the wrongful death of plaintiff's husband who was instantly killed on the morning of February 16, 1953, when the car he was driving was struck by defendant's train at a crossing in Archie, Missouri. The jury verdict was for plaintiff in the sum of $11,500. Upon proper motion the trial court set aside the verdict and entered judgment for defendant.
