This appeal is from a judgment in the amount of $5,250.00 in favor of the appellee brokers, entered by the Circuit Court for Cecil County, sitting without a jury, in an action to recover commissions on the sale of real estate known as "Beaver Dam Farm" on April 6, 1955.
