The plaintiff, Heazle Benjamin Majors, had been a railroad conductor employed by the defendant, Guy A. Thompson, Trustee of the New Orleans, Texas and Mexico Railway Company. In like situation was the plaintiff, Clark Payton Walker. They were members of the conductors' union known as the Order of Railway Conductors.
