This litigation is presently before us on claimant's objections to plaintiffs' interrogatories filed to secure discovery under Pa. R. C. P. 4005 and 4007. The cases are interpleader actions. Claimant is Tall Gals of Syracuse, Inc., plaintiffs are William Gitelman and the Freeport Bank of Freeport, N. Y., and defendants are Joseph Handelsman and Jean Handelsman.
