Alleging continuous, uninterrupted, actual, physical, corporeal and adverse possession of said property, they assert a 30-year prescriptive title by virtue of LSA-Civil Code Article 3499, which provides that the ownership of immovables is prescribed for by 30 years without any need of title or possession...
