Henry H. Wright and his wife, Mrs. Lucille Wright, brought this suit against Walter Monsour, Emile G. Monsour and Fred Monsour, to recover a real estate agent's commission allegedly earned by Mrs. Wright on the sale of a building by the aforesaid three brothers, the owners of said building, to Edwin Moore. After trial, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants Walter and Emile G. Monsour for two-thirds of the commission allegedly...
