The plaintiff in error, Frank Herbert Redding, Jr., defendant below, was charged by information in the Municipal Criminal Court of the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with the offense of operating a motor vehicle on a public highway, in said city, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was tried by the Municipal Judge, found guilty, and his punishment fixed at a $100 fine and 30 days in jail. From the judgment and sentence thus imposed this appeal...
