Claimant has been awarded the sum of $15,000 as the result of the reconstruction by the State of Thompson Road near its intersection with James Street in the town of De Witt in Onondaga County. The claim did not allege that any of claimant's land had been appropriated. The taking of additional land was raised upon the trial and after considerable discussion claimant's motion was granted to amend his claim...
