This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was accused by information of the crime of false drawing or uttering of a check in the sum of twenty dollars in violation of section 713.3, Code of Iowa, 1954, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment in the State Penitentiary at Fort Madison for a term of not exceeding seven years and to pay the costs of the case. Defendant has appealed.
