Albert L. Urey, a resident of Mercer County, Pennsylvania, is employed by the Westinghouse Electric Corporation at its plant in Sharon, Pennsylvania. On October 25, 1952, Urey purchased a motor vehicle from W.E. Horchler, doing business as Horchler Motor Sales (hereinafter referred to as Horchler), of Mercer, Pennsylvania, financing the same by means of a "Pennsylvania Bailment Lease".
