These are appeals from a verdict and judgments finding the driver of a school bus and the driver of a truck owned by the Lamar Advertising Co. guilty of concurrent negligence in an accident in which three high school students were killed. The appellants, insurers of the advertising company and of the school board, were sued under the Louisiana Direct Action Statute, LSA-R.S. 22:655, by the parents of each of the deceased, and the jury fixed...
