In this action for declaratory relief and injunction, the defendants appeal from judgment in favor of plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs intend to manufacture and sell a food product, which contains no milk or milk fat, and is known as Mel-O-Dee Whip Topping and also known as Mel-O-Dee Zert Topping.
