While residents of Virginia and during 1920. R. S. McCormick, Sr., and Dora McCormick were married. They separated, were divorced, and married again in 1942. During the latter part of December, 1945, or the first part of January, 1946, they separated again. She then filed another suit for divorce against him in Virginia, but it was later dismissed for want of prosecution. From the date of their last separation until Mr. McCormick came to Fulton County...
