The pleadings and evidence in this case raised the question of ownership of 86 acres of land.

On May 11, 1940, Sylvester J. Walker, for a $20.00 consideration, gave to S.L. McLaurin an option to purchase the land in question within 30 days for a consideraation of $500.00. The names of W.V.
