The defendants operated a mercantile business in Burlington. The plaintiffs are former employees. In August, 1952, due to a fire, the business was closed. It was contemplated the same would reopen about December 10. The plaintiffs remained as employees. In November a dispute arose between them and defendant Walter M. Block, and they were discharged.
