In this action by a farm employee against his employers for personal injuries the trial court sustained defendants' demurrers to plaintiff's evidence and the plaintiff appeals from that order.

There is no question about the pleadings except a requested amendment of the petition to conform to the proof which will be covered after a brief summary of the facts necessary to show the basis for defendants...
