OPINION BY WRIGHT, J., July 17, 1956:

Susan Young, widow, died on April 14, 1954, leaving a will dated July 23, 1946. On the date the will was executed, Mrs. Young had six living children as follows: A son, Milton H. Newcomer, who died March 14, 1949, survived by three children; a daughter, Bertha Wolfred, who has one child, Raymond W. Thompson; a son, Abram L. Young, who died March 27, 1955, without children surviving; a son, Robert L. Young, who has no children...
