The appeal is from an order of the trial court overruling a plea of privilege filed by petitioners, C. T. Hammonds and wife, to be sued in the county of their residence. The trial court's order was affirmed by the Court of Civil Appeals. 278 S.W.2d 380. We have determined that this court has jurisdiction of the case under amended Article 1728, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St., because of a conflict between the holding of the Court...
