This is a suit for divorce by the plaintiff wife on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and in which the defendant husband filed a cross-complaint. The decree awarded a divorce to the wife and further directed the parties to be owners as tenants in common of all the realty claimed by them or either of them. Plaintiff appeals only from that part of the decree making the aforesaid division...
