Appellee brought this action against appellant for damages for alleged conversion of three house-trailers purchased by appellee on a "floor plan" from appellant company.

Answer was filed by appellant denying the conversion. Trial was had by jury resulting in a verdict favoring appellee in the sum of Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty ($3,250.00) Dollars, upon which appellee offered to remit all of the amount in excess of Three Thousand, Ninety...
