This is an appeal from a decree dismissing the amended bill of complaint of Robert W. Bowersock, appellant, for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from his wife, Dorothy Barrett Bowersock, appellee.

These parties were married on May 20, 1938, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They lived together until 1940. During those two years the appellee left her husband several times and returned. She finally left him...
