This is a civil suit for the recovery of Federal estate taxes paid by the plaintiffs, William K. Frank and Robert J. Frank, executors under the will of their mother, Tinnie K. Frank, deceased, to the Collector of Internal Revenue at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
