This is an action for fraud and deceit. Plaintiff had a verdict and judgment for $3,889.68 actual and $3,000 punitive damages. Plaintiff, Linnie Acy, as administratrix of the estate of Wesley Acy, her deceased husband, instituted this action. Wesley Acy died on June 5, 1951.
