This appeal necessitates a study of § 34-1801, Ark.Stats. The question is whether under the said Statute, the exclusive owner of a life estate may, against the resistance of the remainderman, obtain an order from the Chancery Court for the sale Of the entire title of the land and a partition of the proceeds.
