Defendant, Harry Jaranko, was indicted by a grand jury in the Criminal Court of Harrison County on November 13, 1953. The indictment charges that defendant "did unlawfully, without a state license and without authorization under the Liquor Control Act, possess for sale a quantity of alcoholic liquor * * *".
