Plaintiff brought suit against John Clarence Bassett, in the circuit court of Daviess county, Missouri, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of Daniel Martin Haver. The trial court sustained defendant's motion to dismiss the petition, and a judgment was entered dismissing the cause. From that judgment the plaintiff has appealed. Since the amount sued for was $2,995, this court has appellate jurisdiction. Sec. 3, Art. 5, Const.1945...
