This action was filed by Bessie Cudjo against The National Life and Accident Insurance Company to recover under an insurance policy in which she was named as beneficiary. The insured was her minor son, fifteen years of age, who had died about eleven months after the policy was delivered. The case was tried to a jury which found for the plaintiff and judgment was rendered for the amount of the policy, $1,000...
