We are considering an appeal from the refusal of the zoning board of adjustment to grant a permit for use of premises 5836 Wakefield Street, Philadelphia, as a grocery store in a "D-1" residential district. On an earlier appeal we remanded the record to the board for the purpose of determining whether or not the subject property was used as a grocery store prior to August 10, 1933, and whether or not it was properly to be classified...
