TAPLEY, Justice.

On exceptions. Lyman C. Hurd, Jr. died at Waterville, Maine on January 4, 1954 while in his 74th year. He executed his last will and testament, dated February 12, 1952, at Boston, Massachusetts at the office of Israel N. Samuels, a practicing attorney and member of the Massachusetts Bar. The testator nominated Mr. Samuels as executor and directed that he be exempt from furnishing sureties on his official bond. Mr. Hurd made certain bequests, some...
