The appellant, Frances R. Simonds, and John C. Simonds, the respondent, are husband and wife. They were married on November 12, 1930.

This action, which was instituted on December 7, 1953, is one for divorce on the ground of habitual drunkenness, Section 20-101 (4), Code of 1952. The respondent denies that he is an habitual drunkard. The case was referred to the Master for Charleston County and after all of the testimony...
