These are appeals from orders denying defendant's motions for new trials and for judgments non obstante veredicto.

Plaintiffs, Oron W. Nixon and Helen C. Nixon, husband and wife, brought suit in trespass for damages resulting from a collision of an automobile in which plaintiffs were riding, driven by Oron W.
