This case is before the court on an appeal by defendant, Armand A. Neri, from a judgment of guilty on a charge of wilfully and unlawfully throwing artificial light on a wild game animal, namely, a deer, while in possession of a bow and arrow in violation of section 704 of the game laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
