Defendant, appearing specially, has appealed from an order denying its motion under section 237-a of the Civil Practice Act, to set aside the service of the summons and complaint on the grounds that the court lacked jurisdiction of the person of defendant and of the subject matter of the action.

The plaintiff, president of the Hungarian Government in Exile, now resident here, instituted this action...
